All About The Vibes

This morning during my IEW session I saw how much some people are running the fear of others and giving energy to 'what if' scenarios.

If you are running someone else's energy it is going to make things very hard for you because your Being cannot make sense of someone else's stuff.

I encourage you to check whether what you are experiencing is yours or not. It does not make you any less (or more) to be consumed by fear and sadness that is not yours. It only makes it more difficult for you to be present.

In terms of 'What If' scenarios there is a big difference between preparing and fearing. It is certainly helpful to run through possible scenarios and prepare to whatever degree one can. But if those what ifs become fear inducing blocks to doing anything, that won't be helpful.

Checking to see how you are doing?

This election has snapped me out of whatever state I was lounging in and I am gearing up to launch a new group program to support you through this time, if you are ready to do the work.

What I see is that many of you still need to heal what stops you from using your power and your voice and now is the time to claim your power.

We are each and collectively going to need it.
