Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your ChristineAgro.com member account and associated personal information by emailing the required information (see below) to:

Before Requesting Deletion

Deleting your account is permanent and can remove your access to:

  • Purchased programs and classes

  • Replay content

  • Member groups and discussions

  • Bookings and appointment history

  • Plans and subscriptions

  • Orders, rewards, and member account features

  • The Christine Agro mobile app

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription.

Before submitting this request, please cancel any active subscription through:

If you need help canceling a subscription, email support@christineagro.com.

What Happens After You Submit a Request

After receiving your request, I will:

  1. Verify that the request is connected to the member account.

  2. Contact you if additional verification is required.

  3. Review active subscriptions, purchases, bookings, and account access.

  4. Delete or anonymize eligible account information.

  5. Confirm when the deletion process has been completed.

Certain transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records can be retained when required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Account Deletion Request Required Information

Please provide ALL of the following - incomplete requests will not be confirmed:

  • Full name

  • Email address associated with the member account

  • A second contact email, if you no longer have access to the account email

  • Reason for the request — optional

  • Confirmation that you understand account deletion is permanent

Required Confirmation

I understand that deleting my account is permanent and can remove my access to purchased programs, replays, groups, bookings, rewards, orders, and other member content. I confirm that I have canceled any active subscription I no longer want.
