Release • Reset • Renew is a program I normally offer at the beginning of the calendar year. This year, I was guided to align it with the Spring Equinox instead. The work itself has not changed, but the timing has.

The Equinox marks Nature’s true beginning. It is the moment when light and dark stand in equal measure, and balance is restored before visible growth begins. That rhythm makes sense. Growth that is sustainable comes after recalibration, not before it.

This three-day immersion is designed to support that arc — clearing what is complete, restoring internal equilibrium, and then moving forward from alignment.

Release

On the first day, we focus on integration. We clear emotional residue from the previous cycle, release identities that no longer fit, and address the places where energy has been leaking or scattered. We neutralize the pictures and programs that quietly shape decisions so they do not shape what comes next.

Before expansion, there is stabilization. Before initiation, there is integration.

Reset

When we Reset, we are restoring balance between emotion and intention, refining your voice, and clarifying your identity so your next steps reflect who you are now. We look honestly at where you may be overextended or under-expressed and recalibrate accordingly.

We find balance first and direction second.

Renew

From that foundation, we move into renewal. We are stepping into intentional acceleration — growth supported by boundaries, confidence grounded in lived experience, and movement that reflects maturity.

Renewal here is not about doing more. It is about moving in a way that is aligned and sustainable.
