Self-Worth: Intrinsic Energy Work™ for August 2021
This month – under the Intrinsic Energies™ of Leo, I like to focus on Self-Worth.
Self-Worth is our sense of self, our inner light, our expression of our truth. It comes from filling ourselves up with who we truly are.
Two chakras (energy centers) are most at play when tapping into self-worth, the 3rd chakra (solar plexus) and the 4th chakra (heart.)
The 3rd Chakra is the seat of our power.
Unevolved it looks like ego, will, exertion, and wielding of power physically, mentally, emotionally, and psychically. It is the essence of power over and overpowering. It is control.
Evolved it is empowerment, it is Spiritual truth, it is Spiritual power, it light.
The 4th Chakra is our heart center.
Unevolved it is greed, it is lack and limit, it is jealousy, it is restriction, it is constriction.
Evolved it is balance, it is abundance, it is love, it is joy and light.
This month we also have a Universal 4 energy to explore, the Intrinsic Energies™ of Leo, and an opportunity to see what the Intrinsic Energies™ of Eos can offer us. And of course our Moon Work.
August also sees the 8/8 portal, known as the Lion’s Gate. The Lion’s Gate is a powerful celestial alignment of the Sun and the Star Sirius. This alignment heightens our abundance, it activates ascension codes and brings in higher consciousness.
In my Intrinsic Energy Work™, we use the energies of the moment to accelerate our growth, deepen our healing, and step into the full expression of who we are. It is this deeper learning and healing that facilitates our conscious and Spiritual growth.
Diving into the energies of the moment isn’t necessary to do your work, but they help you focus your efforts, and when you tap into what is present, it makes your work easier and more consistent.
So not necessary, but deeper.

This month we turn our Intrinsic Energy™ exploration to the energies of Self-Worth
This month – under the Intrinsic Energies™ of Leo, I like to focus on Self-Worth.
Self-Worth is our sense of self, our inner light, our expression of our truth. It comes from filling ourselves up with who we truly are.
Consider this:
How often do you dim yourself down?
Are you living as less than who you truly are?
Do you know who you truly are?
Consider your power – do you own it?
Does your ego drive you?
Are you closed to giving? or receiving?
In addition to these questions to explore this month, you can do work on two specific chakras (energy centers.)
The two chakras most at play when tapping into self-worth, are the 3rd chakra (solar plexus) and the 4th chakra (heart.)
The 3rd Chakra
The 3rd Chakra is the seat of our power.
Unevolved it looks like ego, will, exertion, and wielding of power physically, mentally, emotionally, and psychically. It is the essence of power over and overpowering. It is control. At the other end of the spectrum, it can be playing small, hiding, retreating as well as associated with shyness, meekness, and timidity.
Evolved it is empowerment, it is Spiritual truth, it is Spiritual power, it light.
The 4th Chakra
The 4th Chakra is our heart center.
Unevolved it is greed, it is lack and limit, it is jealousy, it is restriction, it is constriction.
Evolved it is balance, it is abundance, it is love, it is joy and light.
To Balance A Chakra
Sit in your Intrinsic Energy Work™ Practice Space (Still don’t have yours, click the link.)
Use your Intrinsic Energy Work™ clean out tool to
pull out the unevolved energies that are ready to clear
fill this space with your highest vibration, your core Truth, and the light of your soul.
Continue to sit in your practice space and let that energy you are filling with radiate through your entire being.
Open your eyes when you are ready.
As you move through this month, be on the lookout for the unevolved energies of the 3rd and 4th rising, and be sure to clear them out.
Remember when we are exploring, we are looking at it as Intrinsic Energy.™ Although you are welcome to sit and think about these questions, you will gain much more if you move into your Intrinsic Energy Work™ space and work on them energetically – both clearing and activating and bringing in new awarenesses.
