Cancellation Policy

Cancelations of regular Readings and Exploratory sessions - Cancelations prior to 48 hours of your session will receive a full refund of your deposit. Please manage this through your account, or if you need help, please email support @ christineagro.com Cancelations after 48 hours will lose the deposit, or at the discretion of Christine, may be applied to a future reading. Please email Christine at support @ christineagro.com. Astro Soul Evolution™, Birthday Blast, New Year's, and Pinnacle Sessions may not be canceled for a refund but can be rescheduled. Please provide 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. No-shows forfeit their session and will not receive a refund. (If you forfeit your Astro Soul Evolution™ session, you will still keep your Astro Soul Evolution™ Chart - which you will have received ahead of time. Missed appointments forfeit the deposit and may not be rescheduled.
