All About The Vibes
Like the changing leaves, let go of what's holding you back and invite new opportunities for growth into your life.
We are in harvest season - it brings an Intrinsic Energy® that reminds us to appreciate the fruits of our labor – celebrate your progress and achievements.
What do you want to celebrate or acknowledge today? What growth have you had? What progress have you made? We often wait until we have 'the big' thing to celebrate. Instead, celebrate each step and action that will take you closer to your goal.
So, what are you celebrating or acknowledging? Mine is in the comments!

September invites you to reflect on your journey and release what no longer serves you, making space for new growth.
What new growth do you want to make room for?
@Everyone
Expectation. Anger. Resentment. Just a few extras, though I feel like I released a lot of it already through your energy work session the other day! Thank you!!! .
Just as the earth yields its abundance, allow yourself to tap into your inner resources and talents this month.

I have a ton - My weight increased during Covid and I also completed menopause at the same time and I don't feel healthy. I am tracking my food and doing intermittent fasting and I've stayed consistent for 3 weeks now. I celebrate this.
I have been working toward the structure of my work - I used to do a lot of reading, but then I started teaching and that took precedent. I'm moving back to do more one-to-one sessions. It's another big boat to turn around, but it's slowly shifting. I celebrate this.
I am doing my first in-person talk since pre 2020. I'm a little nervous - it's so easy to do things over Zoom - but I'm doing it. I celebrate this!
Our son started his sophomore year at College and last year was really hard for me. It was an unexpected loss and a long period of grieving. Although I understood what was happening and had the tools to navigate it, it was still hard. This year feels better. I celebrate this!
There's more...but I'll leave it at this for now.
