A look at what we learned and explored in 2022.
Last year, I saw so many business owners sharing their year-in-review, and it just didn't resonate with me. The messy, crazy of my business backend doesn't seem relevant to our work.
I was in the shower this morning, and it hit me...instead of sharing what my business looked like, it would be great to look back at the topics we explored, the work we did, the growth and healing we had, and how 2022 unfolded energetically. That's much more interesting, I think. If I'm wrong, let me know. ;-)
Let's start with a big-picture overview.
In 2022 I held 6 programs
Relationship Revolution
Momectomy
Core Healing Intensive - Release Regret
Core Healing Intensive - True Forgiveness
Core Healing Intensive - Grief Relief
and for these six programs, I recorded a total of 216 lessons.
We also had 122 events in the Spiritual Seeker's Collective.
That's a lot of healing and growth work, people! Huzzah!
2022 was an exciting year for me as my work continued to evolve, bringing in new insights about supporting you with your healing and growth, and this information made its way into each of the 2022 programs.
Introducing Core Wound Work
At the root of this new information was an awareness that Core Life Lessons lead to Core Wounds and the heart of our healing lives in identifying, picking apart, and healing those Core Wounds.
Students saw even more accelerated growth and healing as we added this piece to our programs.
In particular, students noted that their reactivity to certain situations and/or people went away, which was lovely.
I experienced some of this as well. Where I used to react when I felt unsupported, that trigger went away, and my reaction with people in my life evaporated, which was also lovely.
Forgiveness Work
Forgiveness Work was a big part of our 2022 work and will continue in 2023.
As part of the Spiritual Seeker's Collective Full Moon work, we used this space monthly to heal the wounds that kept us unable to forgive.
This approach to Forgiveness arrived toward the end of 2021 and made so much sense. I was curious as to why people found it hard to forgive. I found the answer by looking at the way in which they were approaching forgiveness.
Anytime something isn't working for us, there's an opportunity to see if we are missing something or have reached the next layer, and it's time for a new approach.
Forgiveness gave us that opportunity in 2022.
What we did (and will continue to do in PRISM - the Collective's new form) is use the Intrinsic Energies of each Full Moon's astrological position to create a seemingly random Forgiveness practice that always surprised and did its job of facilitating deep healing and the release of the wounds attached to what we cannot forgive.
Rather than focusing on one specific thing, we let the unevolved energies of each astrological sign guide our deeper healing.
Core Healing Intensive - True Forgiveness
This program started out with a single focus - identify something you haven't been able to let go of, use it as the starting place, and then move through a series of lessons to heal at a deep and core level.
What happened: students resonated with this approach but also brought to light another area of forgiveness that I hadn't intended to focus on - forgiving oneself.
This one had me searching for many months for the key as it was different from the work we were doing to move beyond something that wounded us.
All the program is complete as it stands, I promised to provide a module on Forgiving Oneself, and those lessons are yet to be recorded. At the heart of this work will be looking at the difference between these experiences, identifying what keeps us unable to forgive ourselves - think guilt, shame, blame, fear, embarrassment, unworthiness - it's just such a completely different ball of energy.
This is one of the many reasons I love doing this work. When I hit on something like this - that there are different energetics fueling an inability to forgive someone else versus forgiving ourselves, it's like finding gold! It's like gold because it's a further opportunity to help you heal and accelerate your growth.
Let's see...what else happened in 2022?
Well, there was my June Spirit-cation and a complete revamping of my work and website.
That was really cool and also brought in new information and insights that made their way into this year's 40 Days to Creating More program.
Of primary and most life-changing (to me) was the Collective's desire for lightworkers to release the persecution energy that keeps them unable to move beyond a certain level - a certain level of success, of prosperity, of visibility, of comfort, of well-being. And a lightworker is anyone doing their growth work, not just someone who is called to do this work with others.
Maybe you can recognize this for yourself - an unreasonable fear of speaking in public, or being seen, an underlying fear of being jailed or hurt.
All rooted in persecution energy.
So we were able to get to the root of a lot of this in this year's 40 Days to Creating More Program.
But the most exciting discovery with this one was when I sat with it to learn more about it.
How did it affect us?
What was its deeper purpose?
What message did it have for us?
What did we need to heal or release to move beyond it?
Out of this search, I discovered our Soul Memory! Which will be explored in 2023 during our Soul Evolution program.
Reading Space Upgrade!
I love getting new information in my reading space, and this year, there was a definitively memorable upgrade. I attribute it to all of the scientific work being done on how the brain works - when the information is in the Collective, it often makes its way into my ability to see it at its energetic core.
This year, I started seeing what Trauma looks like at the energetic level and was able to come up with ways to help move and shift it.
I also saw what PTSD looks like and was also able to create Intrinsic Energy Work® tools to support the healing process.
Also, in 2022 I had dream clients & dream students!
I'm grateful to everyone who chooses to work with me.
Your willingness to do your deeper work not only supports you; obviously, it supports me - so thank you - but on such a bigger level, it supports the growth and evolution of the Collective Consciousness. The more people who are healing at their Core, who are evolving their soul and their consciousness, help all of humanity to take steps forward in conscious growth and awareness.

2022 to 2023
Sometime around early September, the Collective started to point to areas of focus for 2023.
(One good thing about my new process of planning programs for the upcoming year is that I don't jump ahead and teach something as soon as it comes in :-)

I think I will do a new post for you after my New Year's Day Gathering - that's where I share what we will be working on in 2023. This gathering started years ago and began when the earth showed me what she would be working on and how it related to our growth. But let me do this event, and then I'll circle back and share some things I see us working on in 2023.
