This is a part 1 – because there is so much wrapped up in how we learn.
I’ll start with the basics.
When we learn unconsciously, we tend to learn through adversity.
What does that mean?
It means that our life gives us challenges as a way to push us to learn, heal, and grow.
Think about it. If we are unconscious to what we are actually working on, what we are trying to learn, what we are trying to heal, how do we actually learn it?
Humans are comfortable with what they know. Without something to push us out of what we know, we simply can’t, won’t, and don’t grow.
So difficult relationships, problems with money, lack and limit, fear, anxiousness, instability, loss, it’s all there to support you in learning what you wanted to learn this lifetime.
Of course, what seemed like a good plan out of body, doesn’t always feel that great or have great outcomes once we get here.
That’s why our lives are full of chaos and challenges.
BUT…
when you start to work on your life lessons consciously, everything changes!
When you start to see the challenges in your life as opportunities to learn, heal and ultimately grow in your Conscious awareness, you step off of the unconscious life path you are on, and on to a life path that is directed by you rather than by the push of adversity for you to grow.
That doesn’t mean you have to leave your old life behind if you don’t want to, but you do leave the old way of being and interacting behind.
This Isn’t A Job For The Mental Body
One other thing you need to know – this isn’t ‘mental body work.’ It’s Intrinsic Energy Work™ Once you understand what you are working on the key to shifting, clearing, growing with grace, ease, flow, and speed, is learning how to clear those lessons.
Most people don’t know this, or know how to do this, so they keep churning in the muck.
What I have seen is people think because they read something and understand it, that is growth, but it isn’t. It only scratches the surface.
