I've been looking at Karma a lot lately, too.
And here is one thing I see with it:
Karma can be - a pendulum swing from one lifetime to another of what we are working on and how we work on it.
Here's an example that showed up in a session:
Avoidance to hypervigilance
Does this shine a light on anything for you?
@Everyone

Swinging to learning extremes from one lifetime to another feels accurate. I havent noticed it (yet). But what I am noticing in extreme these past few months, is a lesson swinging from me internally going through it, to it being squarely placed/being acted out by someone in my life, for me to view it externally. That has been a very interesting shift for me. In fact, I guess I am so often "in it," it took me a minute to realize it's still my lesson, but now in an easier/more gentle format. Also has been intersting for me to see the last legs of a lesson, the tail-end/whisps of it. Like, "here, this is what it looks like when you are not aligned, are in everyone else's space, and have no boundaries. And here's what a person looks like to others when they're doing it. And how it may feel to others, when you do it to them." It's allowed me to look at the action/lesson from a non-judgemental and non-defensive place, bc it is not "directly" about me. And it's allowed me to look at the last squirts of it, and how it fizzles out (whereas when it's happening to me directly, I probably ususally miss the last bits of it, bc I've moved on to my next big thing).
