This morning during my IEW session I saw how much some people are running the fear of others and giving energy to 'what if' scenarios.
If you are running someone else's energy it is going to make things very hard for you because your Being cannot make sense of someone else's stuff.
I encourage you to check whether what you are experiencing is yours or not. It does not make you any less (or more) to be consumed by fear and sadness that is not yours. It only makes it more difficult for you to be present.
In terms of 'What If' scenarios there is a big difference between preparing and fearing. It is certainly helpful to run through possible scenarios and prepare to whatever degree one can. But if those what ifs become fear inducing blocks to doing anything, that won't be helpful.
Now is the time to ground, align, find your neutrality and keep your energy running.
You are not serving anyone by sitting in fear, uncertainty, and overwhelm. In fact, that is what is wanted because it is a form of control.
I see some people running guilt pictures if they aren't feeling some sort of fear or pain. Again, this serves no one. It is OK for you to be OK, to find your center, to find your certainty. You have tools that others don't. You will help more in this way.
There is no judgment here. I only seek to lift you from a space that serves to do exactly what you are fearing.
We are in this together. You are not alone and each of us can help ourselves and the whole by doing the work we know how to do.
Consider that your daily practice not only supports you, but that without doing anything more than managing your space, you will help provide healing, light, and balance to the whole. The more people who do not succumb to fear, the stronger we are.
I hope this insight helps to encourage you to return to your daily practice.

Thank you! I have moved through a bit of a shift since last week, thankfully. This all totally makes sense
