Good Morning, Vibe Tribe!
You may have noticed I posted an event that is over a month away (lead time...that's new for me.) It's an opportunity to share in my current explorations of the 13 chakras that run along the spiritual column (our alignment zone.)
As I have been exploring and bringing in new info one clear thing I've been seeing is that the current cache of information about what the chakras do is out of date. If you google you will find the same information repeated over and over - they are energy centers, when blocked you can have physical, emotional, or mental difficulties.
It's just missing the 'how, why, what for, and in what way' insight that unlocks the true purpose and power of these energy sources.
There a few things I've been seeing and playing with. The Earth Star or I'm calling it the base chakra or the zero chakra is so important in our overall wellbeing. Exploration of it has made a huge shift in any experience of anxiety or uncertainty.
Also, I have just started asking the question...what do the chakras do and how do they function and support us. The first hit I got was that each one is sort of like the individual spinal disc's (not in structure but in purpose) with energy lines that eminate out and inform different aspects of our life experience.
I have also seen how within each chakra we hold information that was useful when we were unaware, but no longer serves us.
As you know, I am contemplating doing a full program around thus with an end goal of having the chakras functioning optimally and the energy flow through and out of the Spiritual energy core as it is meant to.
This work is never cookie cutter and it is meant to support your healing and growth work.
